Lonnie Harris, CISSP

Professional Development Content Manager
ISC2

Lonnie is a demonstrated leader with over two decades in Information Security. Lonnie is ISC2’s Professional Development Content Manager. Before that, Lonnie was the V.P. of Privacy Engineering at Equifax and prior to Equifax Lonnie spent two decades with Cisco Systems, Inc., where held various roles from leading security engineering teams to being a cybersecurity business architect. He is also the co-founder of CyberAlliance. A company committed to business growth, global privacy alignment, and addressing the global unemployment in cybersecurity in both Africa and the United States. Lonnie has a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (N.C. A&T) where he also teaches Cybersecurity as an Adjunct Professor. Lonnie obtained his CISSP in 2009 and has been an active (ISC)2 member since obtaining his certification. Lonnie enjoys mentoring, coaching baseball, traveling, and spending time with family.
